the reason it is hard to tell if it is a virus or not is because, although it says it is a virus, it could be safe without ACTUAL malware. it is always going to say it is a virus no matter what because it is changing an application. so if there is a rat in it, there is no easy way to tell. that's why i make sure it is completely trusted before i download anything like this.

i love when youtubers with hella money say "oh go ask your mom for housework or save up for it" when they know thats not feasable for most people to just instantly get those skins. skin changers honestly shouldnt be bannable because those people using them cant buy the skins in the first place so its not like they'll give epic any money

If your gonna use a swapper use pro swapper. It has a lobby version and I game version. Other people can see the skins in the lobby version but only you can see it in game. I use it’s not a virus

INCORRECT, i mean, its bannable but if you verify the files before every uptade YOU dont get banned i have been doing this 2 seasons AND verifying everything before uptade, and, yes MY account still perfect without any crash or advice :)

The thing is. Im an editor and I wanna participate in these editing contests. These clips have skins like renegade raider or any skin for that matter which I dont have. If I can't record cinematics of these skins for my edit I will be at a major disadvantage. Some editors use these skin changers to go in replay mode and record cinematics for like an hour. I wanna do #NorcalEC and I need to record cinematics for skins like Aura, Purple skull trooper, Renegade Raider, etc in the clips.... What do I do? plus: the edits have to be 100% original, including cinematics....

It's not illegal to cheat or use any skin changers, you can get banned but i don't think fortnite or any game would sue you for using hacks. The only thing that is illegal is to make your own cheat and then sell or give it away to others as you are spreading these hacks and ruining the game for others.

Why is Skin Changer bannable? Because skin changers uses the same methods the cheats are using to access game's files and memory. So VAC recognise skin changer as a cheat.
