I think it may be also not knowing how to relate/communicate based on what Get Z has been taught by our society. The ideal world/expectations older people preached about (but did not follow/live by) is what Get Z believed was the reality...so when they get there and find out everyone is full of shit and just trying to maximize the moment for personal gain, there is a dissonance and rather than just toss their beliefs, they are pushing for a reasonable world that matches what they were expected to be.

From the Millennials down, all those generations ought to be a complete cluster 😅

The only generation that more unpopular than Gen Z is the baby boomers. Only 4% of people prefer to work with baby boomers.

I find it funny the millennials and older have a hard time admitting they are the ones who made the Country come to the way it is now. You guys built the country, not us. We’re just now trying to start our lives and we cant because you expired raisins fucked everything up

This guy is not interested with the results from the research. He just wants to hear his own voice. I’m not sure the guest got to finish many (if any) questions because he kept talking over her or interrupted her, cutting her off.

I think Boomers need to step aside. The future belongs to Gen Z and millennials. They need to fight and stand up for what they believe in. Boomers had their time, give them theirs.

I’m not mad at gen z when it comes to the workplace. Kudos to them for standing up for themselves. Goodness knows the boomers treated my gen like shit. Berating and just plain tyrannical at times. Nothing wrong with treating your employees with respect.

To be fair to boomers, that's how they were treated when working by folks their parents age and so on and so forth. Maybe gen z breaks that cycle? Don't know.

Whether you think you are "large and in charge", most of your work ethics suck and they will fire and replace you, just like anyone else. It isn't a compliment to you. They think you are lazy and entitled

Does anybody else notice that Gen Z workers DO NOT USE PUNCTUATION at work? I’m referring specifically to the use of periods at the end of sentences. They all seem to be using commas in every location that should have a period. What is that about? Does anyone know?

Always good to see Rikki. One thing I like about the Z's is their reluctance to join a club. This includes political parties - you need to earn their vote, rather than rely on voting habits. Probably applies to Milennials as well.
