There is somewhat a way that you can get it and is how I got my rewind onslaught roll, farm the terminus overload on neomuna. I believe that both chests at the end are able to award ANY world drop weapons so that is probably the best way to get one atm.

Wish we could group up fireteams though. I'd play a Master level patrol area with 2 teams of 3. That'd be so fun, just get your whole clan in on a patrol area would be actually a ton of fun just for idle playing. Moreso if Bungie makes it worth while with rewards like they did for Dreaming City for a bit there.

​@VarynBraxton The seemingly randomised aspect of different factions fighting each other, like the Cabal fighting the Fallen in the EDZ, was always something I wished they would expand upon like this too. Like having these isolated skirmish's escalate into progressively larger battles until the entire patrol area is a warzone. Where one faction can become the dominant enemy of the area if they win or lose less than the other. With there always being at least one corner of the Patrol Space occupied by the losing faction, sort of a beach head or forward base they always hold. Would add just a bit more flavour to these area's as they may get overrun by one of the competing factions, thus having their troops be everywhere instead of the usual ones. Even have the public events that spawn be those of the dominant factionor a mix of both if neither occupies more than 75% of the area. Guardians could fight both or selectivly target one over the other. To counter this, a guardian targeted faction would escalate laterally by fielding more difficult foes who are specifically tasked with targeting Guardians over the other faction. Essentially having a secondary escalation system specifically for if we get involved. The rank & file will focus on the enemy factions rank & file over guardians and antiguardian enemy squads. While the antiguardian squads will focus on guardians and enemy antiguardian squads. Ofcourse they will fight targets that are not their primary focus if provokedbor nothing else is within range, just gives them a primary goal/target preference to focus on.

When I did testing to confirm that the changes actually matched what Bungie listed (which they do), I too got more drops that were older. However, we need a lot of data to see if their is a drop rate weighting.

@@Commander_Pika I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels like this in terms of the drops. The next time the pulse comes back into rotation I'm going to do a bunch and keep track of findings. Although it wouldn't surprise me if the older weapons are weighted more than the more recent ones to increase player time. We'll have to wait and see.

light.gg If you search for specific vendors you can find their listed inventory. It's not always 100% correct, as some items are never offered due to how items rotate in, extra modifiers, or if it is a list of items they have ever sold.

Gunsmith Engrams (unfortunately) only contain what's in Banshee's "Encoded Focusing" pool. So, only those 24 foundry weapons. Current/newest foundry weapons are only from any "world drops", so: random legendary engrams off the ground, chests, activity completions, or prime engrams.

At the end? Was using Dragons Breath (the seasonal exotic rocket launcher). Get it instantly for owning the season or at rank 35 on the pass for all players. It's a very good exotic 😄

I guess the main point is to split the world loot pool to be able to have a higher chance of getting the newer weapons (for the most active players) and a deterministic way to focus the older weapons (for newer players maybe). I view it as quite the elegant way to breathe some life into the heavily neglected freeroam activities.

Banshee's daily or Xur's weekly. But those pools are massive....so i wouldn't expect a particular roll. But be happy if you do see one.

Yup, it's part of the world loot pool (so any random legendary engram off the ground). Got 3 Helios when doing the new dungeon.

You only have a 20% chance at a gunsmith engram. So more often than not you'll just get glimmer.

Eh the game definitely has some hidden shit we're not told of. Running the same lost sector over and over definitely triggers some kind of halt on drops.

@@katsuofujita6488 For normal lost sectors, yeah. if you speed run them, you're glimmer per chest will drastically go down until you take a break. (I think Bungie mentioned this years ago). But for other loot drops, that I don't think is the case...but that would take a boat load of testing to see (like weeks).

1) the weapons aren't locked behind legend/master lost sectors. They are in the world loot pool. You can just target farm a subset of 4 if you do solo LS. 2) Engram focusing is just Gunsmith Engrams and Glimmer.

At least it's the first encounter drop, which is really fast (as you just race to the top - no boss or enemies really). So, you could just do the first encounter each week and/or wait to farm it when it's the featured dungeon.

I'm sorry you run into those issues...but that really wasn't the point of the video. As to your issues: 1) it is rare for those bugged NF checkpoints. Just have to restart. If you were talking about this week's NF, Bungie is aware of the soft lock and has replaced this week's nightfall. 2) for broken exotics, I'm not familiar with any currently. Which ones are you referring to. 3). For the locked loadouts bug, that usually happens if you error-coded or swapped characters mid-activity. Your loadout stays locked is a feature, as it's a way for the game to try to have your joing that activity (like in case you get error coded in a GM). To fix it, u just have to swap back to the character you left/error codes on.

@@Commander_Pika I understand but there's no videos with the problems with the update it's all positive things and no it's not a rare thing in the Nightfall 9 out of 15 of those we had to restart the whole Nightfall strike because it kept freezing it wouldn't let you down in the bunker the bunker doors wouldn't open

@@nxghtmare972 I'm sorry you had issues with the nightfall. I unfortunately didn't have any nor did I see much, just those issues with the psiops one, which Bungie removed cuz of said issues. I only mentioned nightfalls once or twice in the video, and I stand by it as its an add-dense pve activity with other loot/materials worth getting. Generally nightfalls dont have these sort of issues (of if they do, they can be avoided by the player). This video was an overview of the new banshee/world drop system, not the state of nightfalls or random bugs in the game.

Pretty sure it’s correct, it’s part of a list where it asks if they’re worth it at the end.
