This is a product area that looks so promising, but it is still very much in development in my opinion. Everyone is making their own version of these and a lot of third parties are coming in and making better trolley setups, attachments, etc. It’s close, but no one has made the must-have, can’t live without it, type of breakthrough yet.

Good points and well presented. I have the ATX universal jammer arms (a European brand). These were not highly expensive, but they are basic, using a screw-in system with a big thread and separate washer, very time-consuming and awkward to change the height on the rack. After having these, I looked at the trolley type and thought 'that's a far better system', but those are 3 times the price. I haven't anywhere particular to store them, so they've been on my rack since I bought them. Having said that, I've used them quite a lot in the 3 months I've had them, but I also have a separate multi-press rack that I can use for free barbell work. If I didn't, they'd really be in the way. I think if you have space and money, a separate leverage gym like the Powertec or Body Solid models would allow the same movements in more convenient form, with the added features of cables.

I use the pin to move my titan lever arms around. I put the pin up top to help control the bracket that could hurt my hand.

The only thing I would use this for is a shoulder press. Ideally I would like to use one for leg curls but they are far too long.

Honestly, it depends. Not everyone wants to stick to just benching and dumbbells, it gets boring after a while. Plus, there's attachments where you can use them for leg presses.

I agree, setup takes to long. I don't use my lever arms much. Check out the Vendetta Strength brackets. Once I get these I think I will use them more.

I think your opinion would change if you had the vendetta strength and athletic brackets. Especially if he will come out with the other attachments that he has started to create for it. But as it is you can even use it like a Smith machine, similar to what bullet proof is coming out with.

I just purchased the X3 Tall 36" (it will be here early next week) and also the lever arms. I was wondering if you have found a bar that extends from one arm to the other, so when lifted they both are raised at the same time? Many thanks for the videos! Hope you keep making the videos.

The standard handles are trash I've ordered the mutant muscles knurled grips to replace them

Stick to Barbells and Dumbbells, and save your money.
