The moron Garth Crooks claimed we’d be relegated by Christmas…a mathematical impossibility. His disrespect for us is vile. Because we didn’t blow our brains out buying multi million pound players the media seem to dislike us. Garth Crooks said on his Mondays “Team of the Week”…”Luton don’t have the firepower to stay in the league”. We’ve scored as many goals as Man United. We’ve just had the longest scoring run out of every Prem club. Scoring in 18 consecutive games until Arsenal away last week. So what’s Crooks chatting about? I used to like him. When he first became a pundit in the late 1980’s he predicted that Luton were every teams bogey club. He had decent words to say about us. Maybe he’s just giving us extra motivation to prove him wrong? Maybe he’s helping us on purpose and will reveal all at the end of the season? He doesn’t mention once the injury crisis we’re facing. 10 first team players long term injured. Including our Captain Tom Lockyer. Our top scorer Elijah Adebayo. Our midfield engine Marvellous Nakamba. The list is ridiculous. So proud of my glorious club.

Amazing! It's this outlook I think that carries the team, this no-fear attitude, seize the moment, no pressure football. Rob Edwards is amazing at relieving pressure from his players and it shows.

Very lucky to have him otherwise it would be a struggle with all the injuries. A lot of players have come in and done their bit which is important. Invaluable playing time for some who perhaps wouldn't have seen as many minutes. Clearly it's a cohesive squad with a great bond between them.
