This was my first solo wellness retreat, experiencing the Spring Wellness Series at Dimensions Retreats in Algonquin Highlands, Ontario. This all-inclusive retreat included a private forest cabin, various therapies such as flotation tanks, sound baths, and forest bathing, outdoor activities, and daily meals prepared by a chef. The authors of "Good Food, Good Mood" were special guests, sharing insights on cultivating a healthy mindset and eating well.
