Political leaders in the US wouldn't be able to give you a straight "no" if you asked one of them if a man can get pregnant. The correct question is, "Do men and women have equal capacity in general to perform well at every potential role in society?" The answer is no. In general, women are never going to have the capacity to be better soldiers than men. The male's potential is greater in that role, and the only semi-realistic way that women take over dominance in that role is if you socially engineer weak effeminate men and strong masculine women. It would take decades of intentionally pursuing a society where women would be generally more capable soldiers than men. But there is no logical or practical reason to pursue that outcome.

The West has made progress.
