Lot of epic apartments in great areas. Still a little pricy unless you find some great roommates. Love it Hannah!! Port Authority Bus Terminal - Oh god!! Commuting from Jersey & back, so dysfunctional.

Hi Hannah 👋 You give a lot of practical advice for anyone looking to move here . The apt that listed as Hudson Yards definitely is Not Hudson Yards as you point out.. A person has to do a lot of foot work checking places out . And " walk ups" can get old very fast ..the 6th floor walk up is going to be tough for anyone. The $4 thousand apts are great.. lots of space and designed well .As you well point out, NY is expensive and there ain't no two ways getting around it .🍒🐷 Tonight, we are having a Game Night and I Always bring my original version of Candy Land ... The board has the Best Illustration!!!🥀👍. Do you have a favorite game? Tell Robin and crew. " DN says YO and hope you visit this year🎈"

Hi Hannah Southern Brooklyn you should try Gravesend, Sheepshead Bay, Bensonhurst, Bay Ridge, Brighton Beach, Coney Island. Last year I've seen buildings being built in Coney Island, Bensonhurst, .Sheepshead Bay is decent.

The downtown #4 is on second floor. I like searching on Streeteasy too. Awaiting to move in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
