he already made a video about it. but it was while he tryed to go 73kph on medium board (115l). -use spacer for deeper profile -more downhaul so your sail can turn more in the wind --> more efficent -boom as high as possible -use lower clew for more handling, also your sail can open the loose leech even more -back footstrap all to the back -front footstrap as far as needed to the front (all the way to the front = lots off control when overpowered) -mastbase should be rather to the back but when its to much wind you move the base to the front and not lower the boom -remove uphaul for more aerodynamics be careful. too much downhaul is not the best for your gear

It is more comfortable. Also some instructors teach you to grab the boom from below on a jibe when you grab with the new front hand

Either grip is fine, I use underhand myself but it's personal preference and you should use whatever feels natural and most comfortable for you. However it's a good idea to use overhand when you go into a gybe - it makes grabbing the other side of the boom easier with your new hand going under the old hand for a boom to boom transition.

nie alleine segeln, speziell bei 30knoten plus, ja es gibt auch eine notfallnummer die man wählen kann wen jemandem was passiert :)

i have to take the gopro for that, at the moment i only have a insta 360, but will probably buy another one sometime :)
