Love seeing soi 11 back in business ! It's that type of area where it's not the greatest spot in Bangkok with the best vibes ever but.. it's really not bad for any reason either. A great starter adventure for a low risk good time in the BKK Never a bad night oot :-)

That bang bang burger place has the best Salmon burger I have every had. Stayed a few weeks at Aloft across the street. My go to meal in the evening/afternoon was a fantastic burger and apple cider at Bang Bang

Loved this walkabout. Seems like just the right amount of atmosphere for me. Are you staying at the Dream on 15? Great hotel usually at a great price.

What I like in BKK is meeting randomers, expats, tourists, whatever. Usually probably in the Irish pubs.

All I know I had to fly out Wednesday morning 7 am so I spent Tuesday night at suhvahnami airport because the early international flight. It appeared the airport was operating at capacity. Unfortunately my flight to Tokyo was full and I got stuck in the sandwich seat. I then flew onto San Francisco the check in security was worse than the flights over concentration camp strict.
