Wow... This episode takes me back. There were so many missed opportunities where I could've bought whole collections instead of a small lot at a time... It sounds like that lady owner was willing to sell for cheap, probably a hundred per box. Oh well, I'm sure you'll find more of these rare opportunities in the future.

there were some pretty crazy prices on some of those books. A lot are sold in the dollar bin at most shops and some other ones I found were fairly cheap.

Yeah, the pricing has always been really weird there. But you also get the opposite where I get silver age books for $20. I have also passed on some books I really wanted because the price was nuts.

Our mall lost the comic shop 6 years ago. I miss it, but I sure am glad I bought everything up on their way out for a deal.

When I was a kid/teenager the BEST comic book store in the ENTIRE city was at this little hole in the wall mall. I absolutely miss that mall and really think it would be thriving if still open

Probably middle of June I was there. She told me she didn't sell the comics that were in the back so they have 4 short boxes now. She said she will be putting out new stuff every once in awhile.

Went back and watched, it was Mister Miracle 2 - 2ns app. of Mister Miracle and 1st app. of Granny Goodness. Prob should have grabbed it
