Hey bro, if you're cutting live edge slabs don't sell by board foot. Sell by coloration and grain quality with relative size. At 13.00, the two leftmost slabs would be an easy 180-240 each and one on far right could go for around 120-140. Cracking through the pith (middle) does not matter too much anymore when it comes to slabs due to the trending fad of epoxy filling. In my professional opinion, I wouldn't sell Walnut any less than an average value of 8$ pbf for rough sawn, and no less than 16$ pbf for s4s

It is an end grain sealer that helps prevent checking and cracking
