Rookies are a lot tougher to project with UFC. Champs and big name vets tend to pull in more than rookies, unless they are a huge up and coming name.

Yes, First Print 001/199, Last Print 199/199, or Jersey Number (in other sports) typically will sell for more, depending on the card and sport, could be as little as 1.2X, could be as much as 2.5X value @@TheDarkhorseSportsCards people jokingly call them "ebay 1/1s" because ebay sellers will notoriously put "1/1" in their title for click bait when this is the case
