Yup, Games now take a longer time to develop and release because long development makes the game perform well. Gaming in 2030 is going to be filled with Games that had been developed for years to release in that year.

True, but my question, and there no wrong answers, 5 years before GTA 5 got released it had 4 games releasing under the Rockstar name, Do you think this got an audience ready to jump onto GTA 5 and do you think GTA 6 is going to have the same impact, or do you think it's going to be slightly different compared to previous? -------- TM Social - Seb

@@JumpInsideGames Black Ops 6 is possibly the first COD to have a 4 year development which is something since COD games need more time and years to develop. Gears 6 is taking the longest development time which is good because they're putting a lot of effort into it.
