Love to see ppl reacting to Stromae genius! 'Formidable', 'Carmen' , 'Santé', 'L'enfer' all are of this standard: poignant and unique pieces of art. (Edit: little known fact, in the bed scene in the beginning he wasn't laying down, but standing up)

The exact traduction of the title is "Men are all the same". That changes all the understanding of the lyrics. "Tous" is masculin.

I think you are mistaking about the meaning : "tous les mêmes" here means (all men) are the same. Wich means they don't understand women and don't care
