ChrisRedfield Very good point and wonderful suggestions! Thank for saying the things that are tough to say! My question to you is...Did you contribute money to the Grayson indiegogo? Over 500,000 people watched Grayson (between two channels) but only 200 people donated lol. 95% of that 200, were my friends and family. Thats 0.0444% of the viewers lol. YIKES! I dont mean to be blunt but... We needed/need your help lol. Can you imagine the sting of doing that 17 minute first episode and only getting 0.0444% of support we needed? Now imagine somehow finding the courage to put yourself out there again. Because I definitely questioned going on if I sucked as bad as the numbers would suggest. The only difference now, is that I know I can fail to get your support AGAIN. If that happens, the only solace I have is that I told the stories I wanted to tell, how I wanted to tell them. However! Having the show done in a fashion you'd like is doable. You can get more Grayson, when you (the fans) CONTRIBUTE to it. You get it quickly/sooner or more episodes when you (the fans) give the crew, cast and creators more than what we need to get the job done. You see, we tried to raise funds (over a year ago) and FAILED lol. Hence the long wait. Most filmmakers would have stopped at that point. I.E., the dark knight legacy fan film w/ over a million views failing to raising funds and disappearing all together. We didnt disappear. Which is applause worthy on its own if you ask me. The cast and crew flipped the bill for a second time and brought you a bonus green lantern trailer at that! All in a attempt to prove that we are worth supporting. I also think its worth mentioning Ismahawk's Nightwing series. They were given 39k from their supporters. Yet, it still took them just under two years to deliver the first episode. It took us 17 months with NO financial support at all to deliver one (17 minute episode) of Grayson, a one minute Green Lantern trailer and a 11 minute first episode of my new show Olympia... So, doesn't that makes us VERY fast? And we haven't even finished uploading episodes for you lol. It's important NOT overlook the fact that Grayson is a crazy expensive show. Even if our Indiegogo DID hit it's mark. The fans would only be CONTRIBUTING to the budget. Not funding the show all together. The rest of the money would come from myself. In contrast, the others shows are not very expensive at all. They live on 90% favors and 10% passion from the team. A set schedule is yet another thing that cost money. Money and opportunities to makes these shows are random. So. these shows tend to get done when we can or not at all. Furthermore, I haven't made a single penny from this channel but have put thousands of man hours into it. Mostly because this is a creative outlet. If you take away those other shows (creative outllets)... Quite frankly, I find myself not as interested in sacrificing my life for little to no payoff. Not to mention, its not good for my career as a filmmaker to have only done a single show. Finally, Grayson/Green Lantern must be a non profit show. We cant sell anything batman/Grayson/dc related. Including the show itself. Or WB would shut us down and possibly sue. But we can sell my original shows in order raise funds needed to makes mores of... ANY of these shows. And do cool things like EAT lol. So, although you may think we cant handle doing multiple shows. The fact that we are making several shows may be the very reason we can make anything at all! Things Making a tad bit more sense now? Thoughts?

P3Series Yeah, I know about lack of "woohoo!" and all that. Put it this way: I'm a writer, and published a book in December 2012. So far it's sold... 20 copies. Yay... :-) I keep telling myself that at least some people enjoyed it, especially as 60+ people downloaded a preview version of it. Still, that's just above 60 people taking interest in it in more than two and a half years, and only a third of them bought it. Not quite the response I was hoping for. :-) It doesn't mean i don't write more books, though. I keep at it, hoping that I'll eventually start selling more. Not for money, but because people care about my work. Anyway, concerning your show, I think you are in a catch-22 here. On one hand, you struggle to finance the show, even though it's really awesome. On the other hand, you said yourself that you can't make it for profit. So how can you make a non-profit show AND make enough money on it to keep working on it? That's a tricky question. My best suggestion? Have you considered making an original show where you have all the rights? That way you could sell that (merchendise, blue-rays etc), and use that money to finance your other, non-profit shows. Another problem is a bit more obvious, in a way. Lack of advertising. How can you expect people to finance a show they haven't even heard about? I know about indiegogo, but only because I watched the first Grayson episode. But what about the people who didn't watch it back then? I checked indiegogo, and the campaign is closed. It has been for some time now. So what if I watched Grayson after the campaign was closed? Then I'd be unable to help fund it. That's another problem. A more permanent solution would be nice, so people can contribue over a longer period of time. Also, while there are several places like indiegogo, kickstarter etc, not all of them work outside the US. Indiegogo does, but I'm not sure Kickstarter does. Also, isn't Kickstarter better known than Indiegogo? As I said, I hadn't even heard of Indiegogo until I watched Grayson, but "everyone" knows Kickstarter. Anyway, I hope some of this rambling helps out. :-)

ChrisRedfield Two of the shows on this channel are original lol! We did that with the hopes of monetizing them. We plan on dropping a kickstarter in about a month as we release brand new content revolving around Green Lantern and Grayson. I've actually mentioned this in every vlog I've done for the last 5 weeks lol. So people should know those projects are coming. Some of the vlogs even have "Kickstarter" in the title. With the new content for Grayson... That content will be exclusive to the crowd funding campaign. So if you've seen the videos then you are ON the Kickstarter page. Hopefully that results in the help we need. Hopefully, we can reach our goals! Thanks for the help and support! It means a ton!
