It's Year 4 of the Madden 24 Saints Franchise. After two tough seasons forcing us into a rebuild, we're hoping to emerge as a playoff contender once again. With a new Quarterback and exciting offensive additions, could the pieces be in place for the Saints to compete for the division title?
My Franchise on Madden 24 begins with the New Orleans Saints. The Saints offer a unique challenge compared to any other team looking at their future cap space problems and aging roster. The Saints are not a bad team in 2023 at all. But their future could not be anymore problematic as cap restraints will cause them to move on from players, including some of their aging veterans they still rely on.
I aim for a more sim feel to my Franchises. I play on All Madden sliders that promote a more realistic play style. I have developed my own XP sliders to create a more authentic feel to Franchise in terms of developing young players and replacing regressing veterans.
This will be my biggest Madden 24 series, and I'm excited to get the rebuild underway.

I liked the last game because it felt realistic. A team loses their best WR, I know it was a TE but he is special, then the QB loses confidence and does not trust his other targets. The coach gets thrown off and forgets he has the best RB in the league. And the Saints have unknowns show out for one game.

His biggest issue. Always overthrowing. I’d almost want Cane to try Mayweather again but even he was just as not good when he tried.

The morale is hurting Westbrook’s accuracy or he probably hits a couple of those passes. Improving the interior of the o-line will greatly improve the offense.

I don't know what will happen this episode, but knowing how this franchise has been the Saints will probably look like they're playing the wrong sport after having such a good win. We can never have nice things.

I am loving the rollercoaster ride of this franchise. Real teams often deal with failed prospects, poor development, morale issues in the locker room, etc. Also, this is the Saints, a team with a lot of suffering in its history. Having to deal with all this adversity is part of a great story. This is good stuff!

I’ve been with you Cane since the beginning and you said it perfectly when it comes to this new format. It’s extremely refreshing and it makes those bigger games (playoff games, big late season games, season openers or debuts) in the series seem that much more important when it gets its own video and you go play by play commentary on it. I love it!

The quick episodes are really good, the content is always top notch, I feel like quicker is better especially with the team struggling, get through that bad to get the team to the spot you want but any way you put it out I'm gonna watch🏆🏆🏆

Its a dark day when the play of Westbrook has me missing the short lived Darnold era. Boy does this team need him to develop in a hurry. Last thing he needed with his bad stats was that morale hit.

Really gotta work on the pocket presence. A lot of these sacks and costly pressure are due to you escaping to the edge and walking into rushers. Not much you can do about Westbrook missing from clean pockets, but you can help him get more attempts from one.

This is a great video format Cane. Easy flow to each game and it moves the series along at a good pace. Knowing your storytelling; you will slow down when and if the time is right so keep this up and as I love the "building" part of your series more than the games sometimes getting to the offseason will be cool.

Try adjusting your LB to be in a mid read instead of a 3 rec hook in the Tampa 2, they get a lot more depth

A) You need to throw the ball away on occasion rather than drop back and lose 10 yards every sack B) Use your FB on occasion for some of the short gains on 3rd or 4th down C) I think you need to utilize more slant routes instead of so many in and outs

Wow. Madden is just such a cringeworthily bad game 😂. It says a lot about Cane’s storytelling and effort as a creator that this series is still watchable. Watching a QB with EVEN decent arm talent miss like he’s a 50 ovr. while Darnold throws on-the-run, perfect dimes across his body while on his back foot is downright immersion-killing. That said, thanks for sticking this series out brother.

Also I think it's time for a HC change after all these losing seasons, especially the collapses in the second half of the season. IRL he'd be gone. Have you considered firing Tim Cannon and then taking over the Saints with a new HC? Last series, we watched HJC sort of luck his way into success with the Titans after several seasons when he should have been fired. Is the same thing going to happen to Cannon?

I agree with a OL move this offseason. I think trades, signings and drafting is an "all the above" option for the OL. Westbrook can succeed with the right protection to develop. Him being rushed isn't helping him much.

Hey cane on some zone coverages go into adjustments to dictate how far you want zones to drop back it helps them make plays in the right amount of space

I personally think you need better WRS and o-Line for offense. The normal Dev receivers are great but you need at least 1 or 2 more star prospects. and yeah d-line and corner for defense.
