A LITTLE Finesse No what you’re talking about is the system they run. There is a lot of off ball movement and there aren’t players that carry the ball for a long amount of time. His passing vision and iq is not better than traes. Surround trae with 3 all stars and a superstar and his assists totals will sky rocket. Curry is a better career 3p% but the kind of gains Trae has made in only one year I think it’s possible for him to at least be on the same level.

Another casual comparing based on his rookie stats. Yes there is a noticeable difference in percentages however being the focal point of the Hawks offense, and being the most scrutinized prospect from his class, it took him time to adjust to the league, bad shot selection leading to a awful start for his rookie season. He eventually began to felt comfortable and adjusted to the pros and broke out after the All Star break. If you compare the things Trae Young is doing in year 2 compared to Stephen Curry’s second year. It ain’t even close. Keep that same energy because he’s more than just a “walmart version of Curry”
