The problem is too many people take this extremely and think the wife has to obey the husband everytime he says stand or sit. If you don't understand the wisdom of the Messenger of Allah, please speak good or remain silent. Women have a multitude of rights in Islam including entitled to their own income among others. We never support negating the wife's rights. However, we should not forget that the husband also has rights. The fact that one says a husband has rights in 2021 somehow makes you anti-woman explains why this world believes there is no difference between male and female biology/psychology. May Allah guide us and our Ummah.

Please explain these hadiths more responsibly; obeying here means loyalty and not slavery; moreover, hadith about mother’s right is not that mothers right comes for sons and not daughters; mothers right is told for both daughters and sons. Such explanation of hadiths are many a case causes rampant abuse of wives among people

Please define slavery o' dear sister! Is it like the Pharaoh where a husband would force his wife to build them a Pyramid? Is all husbands going to behave like Umayyah Ibn Khalaf who would strap their wives in the middle of a desert and put big rock on her? Is that the kind of abuse husbands would do to their wives nowadays? Or, are there any husband who would sell their wives in the market for profit? For what I know it's the husbands nowadays who have to work like a slave to satisfy their wives! They send their wives to malls and markets to buy food, and the wives came back with more new outfits! Still, the women are not happy. Husbands nowadays strapped baby carriers to their wives, but the wives behaves like it was a thousand pound rock hanging on their bodies! That right to children comes with a burden, never forget that! Making matters worse is the fact that they also curse at their husbands in front of their children. All while reading "true facts" about abuse statistics that have no value to them if they knew the better. If you think the statistics shows that "men are evil", then you've just lost your rights to your sons, because they are men too. Until you've changed your mind and attitude towards men and abolish that thought, anything you'll be teaching your male offspring is going to turn them into an evil man and add one more number to the statistics! Mother's right is for their sons, fathers have theirs on the wife and their daughters. Until the woman marries, the burden would be on her father, and without his consent the marriage would not happen. If you really care about your sons, teach them well and be kind to your daughter in law! If you have been mistreated, don't mistreat your son and his family for revenge... if you do, you are making another women suffer. If the Hadeeth can be followed, follow it... but it's a guideline, not a burden; so don't fret the small stuff, and don't make a fuss about some statistics or news by someone especially if it's not from Muslim sources. There's a Hadeeth about that!

May Allah guide us all. Any small or big organizations first pillar is obeying with pure respect from core heart and family is core unit of society. However, obeying and loyalty is not same. In addition, pray those ignorance men who try to use wives as slave in the name of obedient.

@kairinase 3 жыл бұрын
@@nak141 Wa feekum barakah nk and all those who read my comments. I don't think that it's because the women of this era are learned that they think like this... It's the ideology of people from the "Rainbow Flag" community that taught women to be hateful of men, by disseminating misinformation about how men should treat women, how women should treat themselves, and why women should be equal to men. After inculcating these thoughts, they then reap from the rift that caused women and men to separate, and take into their fold, followers according to their sexual orientation. These people then labeled themselves as feminist, masculinist, and liberalists. Homosexuality then becomes rampant under these cover. Just like true slavery, true equality if allowed to exist, would make the world suffer. At face value, equality would look like it's correcting the world by ensuring that all are the same and would be treated the same. In actuality, it's just a power play among those in power to ensure that they could share the weak people among themselves and not fight with each other. These people have come as far as changing our perception about the Hadeeth and disapproving some of it. Luckily, they were unable to change the Quran, but they're working on it now. As the claim that husbands treat their wives as slaves; the opposite of it is true, because unlike their parents, husbands tend to be lenient to their wives and tend to pamper them more. In fact, some husbands would do anything to please their wives... But because of some ungrateful women who posted toxicity on social media, these husbands, no matter what they do, all their deeds would be ignored. I think people should be more humble the more they learn. They should respect the views of others, instead of trying to fixing other's view to fit theirs.

lots of motherless misogynists nowadays are trying to normalize the sexualization of women in islam. A women must obey her husband in the sense that if the man is praying 5 times a day, reads the Quran, and asks Allah for guidance and is a well educated Muslim, then the wife of that man should follow his example and obey him if he tells her to do be pious. Khalas, stop trying to shame women for divorce, start shaming men for not being proper followers of islam.

Asiya RA did not obey her Husband and her husband was not pleased with her and she went to Jannah. Fatima RA had arguments/disagreements with Ali RA - she's one of the best women in Islam. Aisha RA has said things the prophet did not like (and she knew the prophet did not like it eg concerning Khadija RA). The Quran does not state a woman should obey her husband. 4:34 states obey Allah.
