How useful is the small oven? What size pan can fit in and how well does it cook?

It cooks just as well as the main cavity and the width is fairly standard for that size oven. You can fit a pan roughly 10" wide on those racks.

Very informative. Quick note. As of 2021 Wolf Ranges are wifi enabled and their built in ovens have a steam option.

On 36in and 48in ranges, I believe wolf offers an optional 35 btu dedicated wok burner. Nobody else has this offering or even comes close. I wish wolf would increase the btu on their cooktops to >22k btu which would match samsung and closer to bluestar.
