Maybe today's episode is a little controversial. Maybe it will ruffle some feathers but, the point is to illustrate that not everyone does business in the same way. For many passion business owners we are creative and by being creative we are natural explorers, and the idea of having to be an expert and fitting yourself, and your clients, into a neat little box is disheartening and jarring. I know it certainly makes me feel that way and has made me feel "lesser" in my business journey because I just don't work that way, and I don't want to!
Yes I can see that the structure could be super beneficial to some, there is no denying that but I just want people who may be feeling defeated by the expert narrative that it isn't the only way.
