Every morning when i wake up i feel like i dont belong here, it takes about 2-3hr before the depersonalization goes away. I usually have to wake up at least 3-4hr before work so I don’t have a foggy brain

You should try running, or going to the gym when you wake up. It will prime your body & mind for the day.

Agree. They are enneagram type 4s like many INFPs tend to be but they are both Se users.

I had to listen again as I kept hearing double speak,.... like a truth would be said, then it sounded like a personal dig at the type from a personal experience from possibly an unhealthy infp. Just an observation. ❤
