Great advice especially concerning the amount of time needed to devote to increasing vocabulary! Whatever you do, do not take a week off from reviewing vocabulary.

I really appreciate you addressing this issue. I especially appreciate your emphasis on reading and rereading and rereading! I think this is the place I struggle with the most.

A great encapsulation of the vital elements to progress well! I think there is no end to the need to be reminded of at least some of these. Working in a cohort has been a MAJOR part in keeping me on track.

Two things that have helped me in my journey, which I have kept in mind, and is also that which I've mentioned to those who have come behind me and are at the beginning of theirs: 1) You're going to be reading these same scriptures for the rest of your life, so don't get annoyed or so at going over the same text in the original languages two, three, even four times, and 2) One thing you don't have to concern yourselves with is another version of the Greek, Hebrew, or Aramaic of the scriptures. Our translations are derived from them.

Great content. Thank you for the inspirational reminder of what we should be doing. I have learned the vocabulary for the books in Milestone One. However I am having difficulty with the snytax in 2 Thessalonians. Vocabulary acquisition has not been a problem but I needed to slow down in order to match my reading speed. On your recommendations I have set my Bible to the GNT in Logos and plan to purchase a reader's edition soon. Your plan and instructions really work. Thanks!
