i am not 100 percent sure it was this specific die, but one time I was playing with a buddy of mine and he rolled a one and it said "You rolled a 1, run" and he heard a popped jester running after him, and it chased him all the way to the ship, it killed him right as he was entering the door and closing it.

I had a time where it was foggy, and a friend walked off a cliff 3 times. but he had a emergency die every time he went off the cliff. He then proceeded to roll 3 fives, which teleports you back to the ship.
