My wife used to do PROPER yoga, with breathing techniques, mindfulness(mind-emptyness is more accurate) and the whole theatre of it. Needless to say she felt like she was emptying herself and started to move in an automatic manner, like guided by the very practice she was entertaining herself with. Spirits always are attached to these practices , and they WILL take control.

@jeffcotten1081 I'm sorry you feel such anger against God and His people, but I am interested to know what part of my comment you consider either self-righteous or bigoted. If I were to use the same term for a man who insinuated himself between a married couple and eventually enticed the wife into an affair, would it be self-righteous or bigoted to simply say what he has done? That's all I stated in my last post; that the practice of yoga has led many people away from Jesus and toward some other form of spirituality that isn't biblical. And I respectfully disagree with you on three parts of your response. 1) If you knew the character of the God of the Bible, you'd see the error of your depiction of Him. 2) the Bible doesn't teach that people will burn for eternity (though I know most of the world believes that). 3) Aside from Jesus, there is no person who, having survived infancy, hasn't sinned.

I'm learning that yoga goes way way back. It's an ancient practice and all the stretches and moves and mantras are designed to whorship demons and a serpent. The practice goes along with the chakras and is all in line with a snake that takes over the spine. Only Jesus and being saved can drive it out. The Kundalini demon is real and some label it a false holy ghost. It can cause people to shake and move like a snake, scream, go into a trance like state etc. Certainly not something to get into. All the while kids shows are introducing yoga to kids.

I HEARD SO MANY PEOPLE WHO BECOME DEPRESSED AFTER DOING YOGA FOR ABOUT A MONTH. THIER SO MANY STORIES OUT THIER I FIND THEM WHEN IM NOT EVEN LOOKING. I THINK ITS BECAUSE IM NOT ON ANY PLATFORMS BUT U-TUBE AND I STOPPED MOVIES 15YRS AND MUSIC 20YRS AGO. I WASN'T EVEN A REAL CHRISTIAN BACK THEN JUST GOT DISGUSTING WITH THE GIRLS BEING CALLED BITCHES, AND HOES ALL THE TIME, AND EVERY MOVIE WAS ABOUT ZOMBIES, REMEMBER THAT PHASE, HOLLYWOOD WENT THROUGH, I THANK GOD I GOT TURNED OFF BY IT. NOW I MUST TURN TO JESUS CHRIST HES THE TRUTH, AND THESE DEFINITELY ARE THE LAST DAYS.

Y’all watch the recent interview with Tammy Peterson & Lila Rose? I respect them both… so I’m not trying to be ugly no, no… but her testimony to faith, and talk about yoga, her meditation, praying to her deceased mother, taking in a light… it was all a bit much for me. I’m no way perfect and have my own background, but boy, I don’t excite my background, but and amazed I’m saved from my story… but God uses it all for His glory too. Anyways. And I mean I try to be compassionate and understanding before jumping to slander, no. She is still on her walk with Jesus Christ, and no one is a mature Christian over night I understand… takes time from the milk to the meat… different for all (even thinking of babies and toddlers, they all teeth differently and at different time lines too!!) but just pray for her, and her husband. God loves them. But hopefully that doesn’t confuse people to further walk away from the Holy Triune God. He doesn’t share His glory to any other idol!

I got back to what modern people call spirituality or the new age when it face it has been here since the begging of the universe but anyways from what little i know about yoga and i dont practice it, there was a YT video that warn if you practice breathing yoga to try to get to the higher spirit realm, you have to be ready meaning, you must be a high level yoga practitioner, understand that the bad spirirts that take control when your body is without a soul, your vibration must be on the HIGH spectrum. those who just do it or have very little knowledge of going out of body yoga will be vulnerable and bad spirits love to take control of the unwise and unprepare and weal vibration humans. yoga is NOT EVIL, humans can say whatever they want. its all about your mind body spirt and how you vibe and understand everything.

Doesn’t matter if you’re high level or not. If something bad happens they always say things like that (saying you did it wrong, etc). and lead the person to do more and more practices, while their state gets worse over time. If it’s demonic, doesn’t matter whether a person is a beginner or an expert… they will suffer the consequences sooner or later

firstly, its not just an exercise. You literally hear it from the practitioner herself. Im sure that even if 1 of your family member who has passed away came back to life and told it was wrong, would not believe what he/she says.
