2 Timothy 2:6 This word is so true in the fact you lead by example and will be the first partaker of the fruits you are sowing in Christ. They can then be blessed by the low hanging fruit and use it in the lives and generations to come. I salute and praise all the strong men leading in their homes. Remember that a father's love and role is one way we make sacrifices and encourage our families daily that may never get acknowledged........ but the Lord knows all, and his opinion is the only one that matters. God bless you men!!!

As a married Christian woman who had fallen short of loving her husband. I felt a strong conviction my husband and I recently had miscarriage I was only 8.5 weeks pregnant when the baby passed away. It’s been the hardest thing I’ve ever went through. I’ve been lashing out of him because of my hormones and I’m still recovering. Lord please forgive me teach me how to be the loving wife you have called me to be.

I love Pastor Mark's teachings and that he has a heart for men. Question: Can you please speak to me? I'm in the process of adopting my 3 grandsons who have a "worthless man" for a father and a mentally ill mother. Some of us women are thrown into single parenting men of God and can really use some direction - next book maybe? I know that I can teach them to me gentlemen and to follow the Word but I know that I won't be able to teach them to me men. Anyone?

Pastor as a wife listening to this I kindly need a response; what do I do if my head doesn’t want to take the role/responsibility of being a Christian Husband/ Father ? What do I do then ?
@taylorkeller3661
@taylorkeller3661 Ай бұрын
@@PreciousKaren87 Hey Karen, you have a ton of power here. First, ask him to pray over you every day. Then read ephesians and 1 Corinthians to you to to clarify the model of marriage according to the Bible. Second, submit to your husband in everything according to those books by asking for his direction on EVERYTHING. Ask him what he wants in every single action you take, every single day. Don't make a single decision on your own, especially little things like what you wear and eat. If you show him that you respect and value his leadership, especially in prayer and Bible s studies, he will slowly grow his leadership. The more you submit, the more he will lead. Assuming he's a Christian, it'll be bumpy but he won't let you down. Maintain the patriarchy 👑♂️

Eve did not disobey God, because when the order was given (Gen.2;17) she did not yet exist. She was only formed in Gen. 2;22. Eve's sin was, she disobeyed her husband.

@@Brother-Louis I agree with you about not obeying her husband. I also agree with the idea of the law not being given to her BUT not because she wasn't created yet, but because she was a woman. The law is always given to men, who are entrusted to teach their wives what God has told them. This is why all men are responsible for every single thing their wives do.

Also women are commanded to SUBMIT to their husbands, that means bossing her around is exactly the point and it should be effortless. Men are the head of the marriage, not an equal shoulder. Command your wife, tell her what to do, and reward her for being helpful. Husbands give to-do lists to their wives, not the other way around. Do not let wander off and start doing her own thing, because some serpent WILL come along and take advantage of every void in leadership that we create as husbands. Especially if we are not leading Bible studies together. Remember that Eve got the command wrong, and it was essentially the ONLY verse they had. Eve got the verse wrong because Adam wasn't leading Bible studies. Furthermore, it is the woman's responsibility to prove that she will obey these things as clearly outlined in 1 Corrinthians, 1 Timothy, and Ephesians. These days there is way too much of men following women in reading all of these authors that pick away at traditional values verse by verse under the guise of being progressive and more understanding. It's always women bringing these books into churches and marriages, and the damage is unbelievable. This Boomer generation is wildly unprepared for the tidal wave of traditional values that are coming as the dating world collapses. I would imagine that the coming apostasy is related to this disagreement between covert feminism and radical traditional values.

We are not plural leaders, it is a patriarchy. The man leads, the woman submits (Ephesians & 1 Cor 7). The ONLY right or equality a woman has is over her husband's physical body (including diet, exercise, & intimacy). The woman is given no other rights and is absolutely not permitted to exhibit authority over her sons (1 Timothy). We do not get to offload ANY responsibility or burden to our wives, everything is our responsibility. Adam and Eve were not equal - Adam was the man, and Eve was his helper. Her job is to help, nothing more and nothing less. Sarah was commended for calling her husband "Lord," not "partner." It is not 50/50, it is 99/1 (the husband's body). All forms of female leadership are the Jezebel spirit at work.

Everything the son does until the age of accountability is the fathers fault. Everything the daughter does until she marries is the father's fault, then everything she does is immediately her husband's fault.

Nothing I did was my father's fault growing up. Seems judgmental to assume that my father was not doing his job. I find that offensive, especially considering my father was nothing but a good and responsible man.

@taylorkeller3661 Ай бұрын
@@user-sb6wj2hg9r since it sounds like your family is not Christian this stuff doesn't apply. And it doesn't matter anyways, because all this stuff about judgement within Christianity is about how much we will be REWARDED, we don't get punished for anything. It's an award ceremony. If he's not Christian, he's not going to heaven anyways so it doesn't matter.

ALL of the blame rests on Adam, just like all of the blame for our sins rests on Jesus! "For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ. Therefore, as through one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. FOR BY ONE MAN'S DISOBEDIENCE many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous." (Romans 5:12, 15, 17-19)

My ex “Christian” husband showed my sons how to drink. Bought my oldest son drugs. Stood in the worship leader pulpit but smoked dope every day. He stole from employers. He couldn’t keep a job. Watched my sons push me around and did nothing. After almost 30 years he walked out. Then my oldest son died and my ex never even went to the hospital to be by his side in his last hours. Oh no. He went to work. That’s what he did. He taught my sons that life is a huge party and “let them have fun”. That’s a “Christian husband and father”. He claimed it. And I was dumb enough to believe him.

The only authority a mother should ever express over her children is in saying "ask dad." It is not ok to place the burden of parenting on a woman. Mothers should only be concerned with nurturing the kids, everything else is dad's responsibility. No exceptions.

I disagree and that sounds very old fashioned. Both my mother and father worked and were a team in parenting. It wasn't ask dad or ask mom. It was a union. Same goes with beliefs. My family is a mix of Agnostic, Mormon, and neutral. Not being generational Christian does not mean Satan ruled my family growing up.

@@user-sb6wj2hg9r That's exactly the point, but this is a Christian model I'm explaining. As a non-believer it's impossible to understand what we're doing, and we are not permitted to burden others with our way of life. You do you, if you don't accept Jesus my advise is useless to you.

Also differences do not make you stronger, you must mold and adapt to one another, God called THEM Adam. They were one flesh, and one name. Completely unified and harmonious. Imagine finishing each others sentences 100% of the time. That's the picture we're to strive for. We may have a hard time accomplishing that, but that doesn't mean we adjust our aim away from God's perfect plan.
