Shouldn't the little control pad also be able to control the sub woofer volume instead of having to reach behind it every time?

The control pod adjusts the total system volume (including the sub). The volume on the subwoofer is only to adjust the sub level relative to the other speakers

Is there a way to actually turn off the rgb ? I tried using the control pod but when lighting is switched to "OFF" the rgb just blinks off and goes right back on 🤷‍♂

I just set my Arena 9 up and i'm certain he's just holding it to keep it perfectly in place for the camera. The control pod is weighted and does not feel like it's going to slide around on my desk. This will be my third speaker setup with a control pod and by far the control pod on the Arena 9 seems to be the best out of the three

Just got mine today running on ps5 and they are SWEET definitely update the firmware first. However out of the box sound they are GOOD

@TheLastLaugh 1940 just plugged in via USB to the high speed USB port on the backside of the ps5, (not sure if that matters) the ps5 only supports true 2.1 via USB, but 5.1 is upmixed and not true 5.1, regardless it still sounds amazing

While I am looking for a surround system for my PC, the price point is too high unforunately. Arena 7 is $299 (which is already expensive), so you are asking $200 extra for a pair of rear speakers.... 😅

i found it : "Its rear channel speakers connect wirelessly to the rest of the system, but are tethered to each other and to a power supply, which may limit their placement flexibility a little. "

One of the rear speakers is powered with a wall wart. You then run an audio cable to the other rear speaker

I want the 5.1 but my issue is the rear speaker, do i need to order stand? If so, can i remove its stand to fit to wall mount or normal mount?

The rear speakers come with stands. You can remove the stands if you want to mount the speakers on a wall.

No, the surround sound is uncompressed 5.1 over USB from a PC. No onboard decoding.

@@AdRoXoN Surround audio from PC will be sent to the appropriate speakers in true 5.1. If the signal is two channel (stereo) it will just go to the front left and right speakers by default. But there is an option Upmix mode that will send stereo audio to all speakers.

And nothing has come close to the Logitech z5500... I bet these don't even come close. If anyone had half a brain in this business they would re-create the z5500's. Anyways.. can't wait for a couple of the real reviews to come out

rear speakers have chronic problem making really weird annoying static sounds and quality dips you can see people having this problem on amazon reviews, It also randomly connects to bluetooth devices and there is no way to turn bluetooth off so its always on and all customer service says "did you turn it off and back on again?" yep no joke they actually responded to my ticket saying this. Sound quality oh boy.. its not even close to logitech g560 also rgb is not as bright as g560 either, If you are reading this do not buy this product it has chronic connection and sound quality problems

Avoid purchase of ALL steelseries wired headphones. CHEAP cords that break rendering your headset useless. replacement cords after shipping are $55! outrageous and absurd price. that is over half a new headphones. Greedy cheap company. never again. they will take your money and happily charge you an arm and a leg to continue using your product. I completely regret my Steelseries purchase.

not 600 euro, 550 euro and if you don't wanna arena 9 then go buy arena 7 or arena 3, oh wait, arena 3 is still not avaible, then go buy arena 7 for 300 euro, if still not then wait for arena 3 or buy arctis nova 7, for me headphones are better than speakers

sorry, they changed cost of all arenas and now arena 3 is avaible for 150€, arena 7 costs 330€ and arena 9 now 600€
