Didn't you take a good look at the trailer? The plane crashed and in turn damaged the bottle containing a certain compound, which is what caused the radiation poisoning at Northridge. What's more, it's the same as Northridge Isolation, because in the end we also have to do extraction, what's different now is the presence of Poison which narrows the map.

The new guns CPW = ST Kinetics CPW, an MP7 clone, originally 9x19, but there is a conversion for 5.7 and 4.6 TO9 Shotgun is QBS-09 Shotgun, a chinese copy, another semi pump shotgun with a 5 round tube, or a detachable mag MP5K, weird how they added that one lol
