That not how you use Raz combo, first use Power surge to slow the enemy and reduce they magic resist after that you get close to the enemy and using Rising uppercut after that the passive will help you get behind them then using Explosive K.O to push them. If the enemy is near you turret, this combo will help you get a advanced when fighting them in your turret and if you have the passive ready to go then you can use normal attack after you finnish your combo to push them one more time. This combo is very helpful in the early game, it will help you secure the kill (Ex: you can use this combo if you want to dive in the enemy turret and push them out to your teammates to get the kill).Raz is a strong hero in early and mid game (because his ranged abilities Power Surge can only deal damage for the first target it hit so it will be a problem it their carry or mask man standing behind a minion or their tank, in the late game the enemy team will go together so it will be hard for Raz with his 1vs1 ability, make sure to land your skill perfectly to save energy because Power Surge it not flying very fast, in large combat make sure you had enough energy and Explosive K.O is ready because in combat but you don't had enough energy and you miss your skill shot you will die, and the most effective way to run and safety retreat is using Explosive K.O if you using Rising Uppercut to run you will be dead it the enemy had ranged control or mobility, that skill only good if you want to passing wall not to running away), so make sure you use your ability right depending on the situation (Ex: you can use Rising uppercut or Explosive K.O to get though wall or running away or control the enemy to help you teammates get away and then you can use Power surge to slow them down and making distance.

Neko Tama this hero's spotlight is for the old version. His passive was changed in the beta14 update , as for his ultimate, it was nerfed around beta 13 or 12

I can really see the quality they are trying to implement into the game here. At first the game was really laggy now the gameplay looks smooth af. Can’t wait for Release in 2018!

take 6 holi of holies, get the red blue buff and then darkslayer buff. his ultimate will kill the squishy heroes in one pounce. even the tank will go near death.

Captain Dreeded raz ap jungle? He don’t scale well with ad so ap is the way to go. Ap jungle will allow you to Gank easily by doing a poking slow, 1 ability for the knock up and push them back with explosive ko. And you can charge up your passive in the jungle before Gank to make it better, but jungle clear with him is not that great. So do some experiments and find a correct build. (Both blue and red is not useful on him in my opinion) Edit:Or you can just keep pokin them when you can, that would be annoying af for the enemy team.
