I think the biggest thing to take away is feeling. What is the feeling so your thrower can understand. When you have that leg and foot sweep out you feel the slow turn. That then eventually creates torque and speed into the center. I can feel it now going into the center the momentum and speed

Rotational, angular, linear??? I've always called it roto-linear. Small deal huge deal...😎😎
