I used to see the guy who played Jimmy Lee all the time. In 1987, I worked at Imperial Sports at Northland Mall in Southflield, MI (suburban Detroit) and he worked right across the hall at The Gap. People in my store were always looking across, going, "Hey, ain't that the guy from that Jimmy Lee video?" Yep, it sure was. :-)

Why does this music video is a replica of how me and my first ever boyfriend met and dated in highschool. He then disappeared into the service...and left me without giving me a reason. He used to cheat and munipulate me. It was hard because he was my first time. So you know attachments and the heartbreak was hella heavy.
