Hi there just wanted clear some concerns, theres only a handful of stations in Buenos Aires and that are one direction etrance only and they are all along the A line, specifically everything from Plaza Miserere to Plaza de Mayo, all other stations have a middle lobby to help you get to the other side platform

Wow! Thank you for the information. I appreciate your input. It will help the viewers as well. I did learn that after living here for a bit. I made the video after like 2 weeks arrival in BA. Again thanks!

As a visitor I used the old metro with wooden seats before so the new trains and done-up stations are a huge improvement. I am also pleased that China has helped to update the Buenos Aires metro.

What great improvements they have. So convenient and comfortable. 😊

Hello great vlog! How was the safety when you were there?
@ljchosen Жыл бұрын
Thank you. I honestly felt really safe. There’s a lot of people even at night time. Of course like most big cities you have to watch out for petty crimes like pickpocketing. Although I have not experienced any of that.

Was that rush hour ?? Doesn’t look crowed 😮
@ljchosen Жыл бұрын
Yeah, it did get crowded at some stops. And it does get crowded also but they have like a train every 5 mins. So the congestion is not that bad at all.

What's a reliable place to get the SUBE card if stations may or may not have them?
@ljchosen Жыл бұрын
Their main office is at the Retiro Station. There you’re absolutely able to get one.
@wayne530 Жыл бұрын
Be aware there are many unscrupulous vendors (like convenience stores) that will be happy to sell you a SUBE card for 500-600 ARS if you seem like a tourist/visitor :) Also, the issue you were having with the recharge machine is that they only accept newer versions of all the bills. We had an issue but the officer in the station was kind enough to swap bills with us
@ljchosen Жыл бұрын
@@wayne530 Yeah, didn’t go to convenient stores for the SUBE card. I was lucky enough to get one at a train station. And the kiosks, I don’t think they accept small bills like 50 or 100. But if you tried it then that’s great. Thanks for the info.

It’s safe! Just like any other country you just have to pick the right areas and be aware of your environment. Almost 3 months now and I feel safe. 😊

Chainsaw wielding Argentine president Javier Milei took that power tool to transit subsidies and forced huge fare hikes. 360 percent on the Subte.
