Gyros are the best aircrafts for landing in dangerous airports which are surrounded by mountains , Example Lukla Airport ,Nepal ,Thimphu airport in the Kingfom of Bhutan etc.

Is there any point to that gormless comment ? Bicycles can't hover either. If you're desperate to hover then buy the correct tool for the job.

The takeoff is the weakpoint of a gyro and you didn't show it. It must take a LOOOONG time to get airborn 😢

@@Tinker1950 Actually your lack of knowledge is glaring everyone in the face. Your video has no usable data. What were the headwinds? What was the weight of the gyro? Did he have minimum fuel and configure the gyro just to make a short takeoff video? I'm not saying take my word for it. Here is a video with great info from a very experienced and respected gyro pilot stating that gyros are NOT short takeoff aircraft!
