Satire4977273 how could you say that about Kayode, he had 4 out of 7 wins, he won as PM once and Sub-Team leader once, he was a great salesman in Week 3, his mate in the boardroom is Claude Littner, he was famous before appearing on “The Apprentice” (as he previously stared in Come Dine With Me) and has the best smile ever and is a great professional speaker.

There was no need for this outburst to have been allowed to be played out, it was unprofessional. Seeing as Lord Sugar invested in two candidates in 2017, he should have just fired the both of them for this childish behaviour at the last hurdle.

Having watched many episodes of this show I have to say business is based on plans for the future, strategic vision, a clear indication of how a business intends to reach it's destination. Very rarely do we hear basic terms relating to cost or responsibility centres, how product pricing is calculated and by what method (marginal or absorption),everything seems to be based on forecasts and what might happen. Marketing strategy now encompasses the whole social media platform. How do we account, manage our debtors, develop contingency plans, position the business and challenge the 5 forces Porter says every new kid on the block will encounter?

The whole premise of the show is obsolete since it isn’t an apprenticeship, it’s an investment. The process they go through for 12 weeks might help in deciding on who would make a good apprentice, but doesn’t make sense at all for investment. The final step - interview and analysis of business plan should probably come first if it’s investment focused. I really think the show would work much better if every year there is a different boss from a different sector taking on a real apprentice. Imagine how exciting and fresh the show would be right now. We could have been on season 17 - apprentice to be a hotelier.

This was a weak series overall. I was not enthused by either. I still love the old one where the winner was the geeky scientist :) The one where all the wide boys tried to outshout him all the time. I was really pleased he won. I was routing for him throughout the whole series. Sometimes it is not he who shouts loudest.

Kamilas buiness could be a success but it's a huge risk and she's not as big as Sian. Sians in a very crowded market but she seems more intelligent and mature than Kamila and her products have a good USP

Because Sian is clearly the first black winner of The Apprentice (!) Plus, this is 2018, not 2005. Sian isn't working *for* Lord Sugar, she is working *with* him. Just as *everyone else who has won since 2011* has done; worked *with* him.
