Honestly I'm all teared up after this session and it's ALL tears of joy! I injuried my back 2 years ago at the gym and life situations didn't allow me to finish my rehab so i just stopped moving my body much to avoid the pain. I always loved dancing and workout but stopped it in the past 2 years because i afraid of getting injured again. This video was the first time I danced and did a workout and all i felt was joy and no pain. Thank you so much

I absolutely love your dance workout videos, they make me so happy and keep me motivated to exercise! You helped me improve my body control and coordination, i looked like a moving stick before but now i actually look good when doing (simple!) dance choreo's hehe! I had an artist + a song you might like to make a choreo too! She's an upcoming artist but i do like her a lot, her music has a different sound to it! her name is Lolo zouaï and i think the songs ride and caffeine could be cool to have a choreo too!
