How can anybody believe a word that comes out of Sandoval's mouth when he has zero problem lying about anything, he is constantly caught in lies or his recollection of events is simply inaccurate. Whenever he says anything, whenever he has information, timelines, makes claims or responds to anything, it comes out as so disingenuous that even if it was the truth, nobody believes him.

Tom's home improvements are things that he wanted for his use, like the home gym room. He is a huge liar, and he uses the show to put out lies that Arianna can't answer to because of the law suit. Prior to the affair she took his word for what was her half of the bills, only to find out that she was paying for half of bills that should have been his alone. At the time that Tom took the equity loan Arianna didn't even understand that the amount he took was half hers. She now has the bills submitted to an attorney and she pays her half of the bills that are joint. She's had to learn the hard way that he cheated her in more ways than sex over the course of the relationship, but the kicker is she can't even speak on it to defend herself.

His account is overdrawn, she has asked for an accounting because she believes he has been over charging her, and he has not provided an accounting. If he needs her funds, give her a f*-king accounting and get your money Tom. Also, I don’t believe Tom has the assets to purchase the house on his own.

How can Tom pay a mortgage on a $3.1 million house when he’s struggling to pay the mortgage on a $2 million house?

I think Arianna feels the way she does about the house bc if you recall that was her dream. Her idea of what "adulting" meant to her was buying a house. She called it her dream home several times. She got the house furnished slowly to ensure it was exactly to her liking. Everything about that house was a dream to her. That's another reason why i think she's digging in her heels on this one. That house meant A LOT to Arianna. She lost her two biggest dreams in one fail swoop. The love of her life and secondly the home of her dreams. That's like twisting the knife. Oh btw may i mention if you flashback to when jax cheated on Brittany Tom made a BIG effing deal about what a pos jax was for wanting to stay in their home or move down the hall and how he should be a gentleman and leave the home. Tom said That he cheated so that kinda makes it so he(jax) messed up the situation not Brittany so he should do what Tom did with Kristen and move out until Kristen left etc. So it's ironic that he's saying this now that the shoe is on his foot he seems to feel differently now that its himself in that position.

Tom needs to grow up. He made this mess...clean it up quickly and as painlessly as possible. Allow all involved to heal. We know you got____,use them for good!

Ariana co-signed for the loan. It’s their loan, not his loan. No bank puts a loan on house co-owned and responsibly assigns it to some “50%”. What 50% would that be. If they didn’t pay it, the bank taking the whole house not half of it. Most likely what will happen all expenses will get taken from the top including all mortgages, proceeds split, and then Tom reimbursed for mutual costs she refused to pay from a date determined by the court.

How the heck did a house in Value Village appreciate by more than 50% in just two years? Especially considering their lifestyles, pets, etc., I don't imagine it's in as good condition as when they bought it. Did Tom forfeit his share in the equity when he mortgaged his part, or did the whole thing get mortgaged? That might be the grey area that makes everything so confusing to us. If they've invested equally and no one has an outstanding balance due on the mortgage, if they're both equal, then they can sell it and each clear the extra half mil, easy peasy. Something doesn't add up. Is Araina still afraid the show will dump her if not for the tension she brings to the show via Sando? That's really been her whole schtick since she broke Tom and Kristen up -- demeaning Tom and his awful band, and fighting with him in public. There has to be a reason that they flatly refuse to sell and live apart, and instead stay together, playing cat and mouse with lawyers, assistants, and film crews. It seems as if they will spend the next five years expressing how much they've hated each other for the past nine. 😂 Their hatred for each other is like fine wine with stages and levels, and they're only halfway through.

What was a couple that never intends to have kids doing buying a 5 bedroom house in LA? Both of them are not smart with their money, but I wouldn't be surprised if Sandoval is deep in debt. It's ridiculous that he has an assistant too. I think Ariana realizes that she (and probably the show) doesn't have much time left on TV. Once she stops being the patron saint of scorned women, there's not really a lot there to follow. Her staying in the house screams drama for the cameras to follow.

I think the judge will rule in Ariana's favor to force the sale of the home, split the profits of the house equally. Tom pays his lein of $90,000 out of his share of the home sale. Tom should be penalized for splitting up the home and causing pain and suffering to Ariana after a 10-plus year relationship. Rachael should be sued by Ariana for "alienation of affection" having an affair, causing the split, and causing the break up and division of the home, furnishings, etc. Ariana keeps her dog and cat.

There’s really nothing to speculate on here. A forensic accountant will resolve this. If Tom put more money into property taxes, mortgage payments, home improvements, it will be accounted for. Even if those home improvements were for Tom’s exclusive enjoyment, if they are deemed to increase the value of the home, they will need to be considered when sold.

Unless laws are complexly different in Cali, there is no way he could take the loan without her signature. I have owned several homes while married and not. If 2 people are on the deed, you have to have both sign. Any money he put into the home doesnt matter. And a judge doesnt care who paid for the lawn to be mowed or the house cleaned. LOL That is a personal choice, She could have wanted to clean and mow herself as far as the judge knows. The judge will make sure all loans are paid before either of them get a penny. And with the interests rates now, I doubt Tom will be able to afford it.

To finance their percentange in Tom Tom and Swartz and Sandys, Tom Sandoval has admitted on camera before the scandal that he talked his parents into withdrawing their life savings to invest. Not only his parents but also other family members and friends as well. In addition to that he withdrew his half of the equity from the property he purchased with Arianna. Tom is financially strapped. Without selling the house, how in the world could he offer to pay Arianna 3.1 million dollars? It took both of them to qualify to meet the financial obligations for the house in the beginning, how is he going to afford it all on his own now? It doesn't make reasonable sence. Are you offering to pay her an entire 3.1 million dollars for the house? This is what you have stated on the show? That makes no sense at all! Why pay her the total value of the house and you end up paying twice the value? Tom and Tom lie so much they believe their own lies. Arianna and her lawyers probably knows that the only way she will receive her investment and equity from that property is to sell it and be done with it. If he has the money then get a family member to purchase it for him.
