Sandoval was made to be the villain and on the outs more than a few times on this show, and it went on just fine. Maybe if Lala had a storyline more compelling than flop water tastings, she wouldn't be so worried.

Actually go look up Lala’s story and the age she was when all that went down. But even from dancing with Sheena, she really expressed that being a huge need and desire for her.

It’s clearly shown already that Ariana can be in the same room and film with Tom she just doesn’t want to talk to him or interact with him cuz they have nothing to talk about. But Layla keeps pushing this narrative that if Ariana doesn’t film with Tom it affects everyone, it doesn’t. They’re the ones who make it awkward by constantly bringing it up and trying to force a reconciling. Theo worst ones being Lala and Brock, one who started a relationship with a man who was cheating on his wife with her found out stayed and had his kid, and the other one is a man who abandoned his kids doesn’t pay child support.

And yet Lala has been in Rachel’s shoes as the mistress/affair partner. Ariana can relate to Randal’s ex wife because both of them got cheated on by god awful men! Ariana has been a class act this whole season! She approached everyone situation sensibly and perhaps it was not the way some viewers/cast wanted however, she has respect for herself and is finally choosing herself following a devastating betrayal after 10 years. I don’t think many ppl understand how devastating that is and on top of that being televised…ppl such as Lala have stated the same following their own situations but cannot have the respect and empathy to relate with her. It’s simple…ppl who cannot even take the time to see your point of view, were never your friend. Unfortunately, a large part of humans have their own agendas and they will appease you and back you when it benefits them.

(To preface my comment I am team Ariana all the way and disgusted by “Lala’s” actions) the legal reason they wouldn’t have Lauren talk to Randall for a storyline is because Randall is another Harvey….women have come forward & there are multiple SA/r*pe lawsuits. He’s been producing movies now under a different name. There’s also a child involved so producers likely wouldn’t want to risk any retaliation by Randall against Ocean & also he would probably try to sue for defamation if he didn’t like how he was portrayed by the show. The network knows Ariana won’t sue them & since she was still living with Tom, they used that as an excuse to try to trap her into conversations with him. It’s incredibly *vile of them all to do, and they all lack common sense…Ariana could not move out as it would be seen as abandonment of the residence and a judge may then award the property to Tom. Very, very dicey, but the network is calculated.
