No. You can critique a fighter. Just because he wins a fight does not mean the criticism is not valid. Garcia tends to drop his guard a lot. It has happened on 3 occasions already in his fights against Campbell, Tank, and with Haney. He was knocked down by Campbell and Tank and we all know Haney is not known as a KO puncher. Garcia still has to improve in this area.
