Dude lol that was funny in a dark way. I ruptured my ACL, got replacement surgery. It sucked! I'm seeing a lot that modern Achilles surgery is a lot better. I hope it's not as bad as ACL replacement surgery. Shit is not fun. Not too long ago Achilles injury was career ending & a terrifying injury you wouldn't know if you'd ever come back from. Hope it goes well for timbo

Timbo, I tore my Achilles last year, didn’t get the surgery and re-tore it in 3 months. Got surgery after and I was back sprinting again ~10-11 months later. It’s a long journey and a lot of calf raises but as long as ur in the boot life’s not too bad. Love u buddy hope the surgery goes smooth ❤

Yo Timbo I partially tore my Achilles 4 years ago playing soccer. Had surgery with the PARS technique and was back running 7 minute miles six months later and it only got better from there. The way you take working out and recovery seriously you’ll be back soon champ

My guy Timbo. I ruptured my achilles back in July and also did the surgery. My recovery is a bit more conservative (my doctor is a bit old school but he’s been an expert for a very long time not gonna lie) but man I’m already walking back normally just after 1 month of Physical Therapy. Surgery is 25% the remaining is all Physical Therapy. Just treat your PT like it’s a MMA camp and my guy you will be back in no time believe that. Check out Jamahal Hill rn from example.

I blew out my Achilles dancing to country music the night Francis beat Cyril. Took about 3 months to recover and surgery was a breeze . Also, my pal Dave blew his out a few months later playing pickleball lol. Hoping for a fast recovery. God Bless you Nerds

To Chael: We saw how Ariel's perfected the: "innocently petty" digs at people who he has perceived wrongs against him. Digs at people who aren't present, while chatting away with unaware, nice, hospitable hosts like Suga and Tim.(Not that they really were unaware). Glad they had him on to brainstorm prospective bouts, but it's going to be a TREAT when you drop in to see the boys Maybe you all can announce a big fight together.

Timbo my lower back is absolutely effed up from years of concrete work but mainly genetic. I know you love jujitsu but I'm not sure how much good it's doing for your back brother. If it's anything like mine, it will never actually fully heal, and I must base all of my activities around the lower back. It basically runs my life, hopefully yours will be able to actually heal. I also do core exercises and hamstring stretches and I guess it helps 🤷
