As someone who left my covert narcissist ex wife, may I offer -some advice o 38 years ? Do not put off professional help and guidance. The trauma bond, co-dependency and PTSD (yes, it is real. You are no longer on your “battleground”). 4 years, anti-depressants, psychologist, psychiatrist, and even hypnotherapy for me and I am slowly finally learning to disconnect

I lost my job in June and realized they were not in good energy and weren’t valuing and supporting me. I was scared and worried about my finances at first but now am finally making more positive changes . I see I got pushed out because I’m getting an upgrade in my life and a lot of times uncertainty and change can be scary . Just remember the universe is always pushing us for better and rejection is did one protection . Have faith you’re getting moved to a better place after the storm. Sending you good vibes ❤

I resigned in April from my job of 7 years without a job to go to for the exact same scenario best decision I have made left there end of May I’m still trying to find the right role but I’m feeling much better mentally and physically

Wow did this reading resonate! Dealing with a friendship that I am confused with. Not knowing if they are being a little disingenuous or ??? Something just rubs me wrong and I have taken a step back to try figure things out. I miss the friendship, but not the game playing I felt was happening at times. It could not have been more personalized. So appreciate it as it allows me to take a breath / pause, calm my mind, and just allow to let things be for a bit w/o stressing the outcome. Thank you!

I do not trust my ex person. But yes I wanted us, him. But he chose sm over me for the third time and stayed out my life six yrs . During this time he never showed an interest in trying to show me he was interested in me.. id see him on Facebook but he refused to respond to me.. .. He also refused to admitt any hey Im sorry about the way i treated u.. ive not been w my past in six yrs. Because I refuse to move were he moved to. And he do to me there as what he had been doing to me here since 2010/ 2017

I've met a person . That last summer I've started talking to and only friends. .. But he has became a friend. .. I've not really had anyone or let anyone ( man) in my life. I'm ashamed I homless
