oh man, it's hard to explain i advise you to watch the guides on youtube

If you mean the "typing" effect, you just write parts of the text step by step, putting a keyframe on each change. But if you're talking about the stretching effect, you just write the text, set a keyframe where you want the effect to start, and just stretch the text with the transformation tool, and set another keyframe where you want it to end.
