This man is a phenomenal actor. I've had Kang dong won movies marathon for a week and believe me when I tell you that his versatility in acting is no joke. It's amazing. It's astounding to see the range of characters/roles he plays. Another thing to add is that he perfectly portrays the characters he plays. So perfect that I'm sometimes convinced that the character is his true personality. His acting skills are extremely impressive, skillfully delivering the characters' emotions and image without any flaw. He's one of the first actors who I truly admire for their acting skills and not looks (He's one handsome human being though. Does this man even age?!)

Information about GANG DONG WON for those not Korean viewers. 1. Gang Dong Won is a superstar or an A-list actor . Many of his movies are included in 'List of Highest-grossing Films in South Korea', according to the Korean Film Council (KOFIC). Gang Dong Won as a bankable superstar is one of the richest actors in South Korea. 2. Gang Dong Won is academically gifted with an IQ of 137 ( almost a genius), he graduated from Hanyang University with a degree in Mechanical engineering. He graduated with honors. 3.His father, Gang Cheol Woo, was a mechanical engineer and later vice president of SPP Heavy Industries. 4. He began his modeling career in 2000, and he appeared on the catwalk for prêt-à-porter collections in Paris such as DKNY, Gucci and Hugo Boss, as well as for the local Seoul Fashion Artists Association (SFAA). 5. Gang Dong Won is also called 'the celebrity of celebrities' because a lot of popular Korean actresses and female singers have expressed that he is their 'ideal man'.

The greatest thing about him is he always venture to different roles however small it is and hateful. Which is a great move for his career bcos with his calibre -- not just that he was maturing as an actor but he also gain experiences as he's getting older. He wasn't too exposed to leading a project that might burn him out faster or dimmed his 'brightness' as an star actor, but it shows how passionate he is an actor that he wanted to learn everything constantly. He's the type of actor that will not disappoint however hateful, funny, charming or romantic his role is.

I don't know why... if I start to like other korean actor. Then I will back again falling in love to oppa kang dong won. My heart can't leave him, I can't forget him. I think he is like the most the underrated actor. He just go about doing his crave. Not overly showy or trying to hog media attention. In fact, I don’t think he can be found anywhere on the www except formal interviews.

Jeez, korean show-business can be sometimes so superficial... I like good-looking actors, I won't deny it but I'm even more interested in their acting choices and roles.

People who met him in real life said that he is wayyy more handsome than what he looks like on TV. His face is really small with really big doe eyes and a prefect nose, not to mention his body proportions are also amazing. According to korean beauty standard, korean women always named him as one the most handsome actors next to Jang Dong Gun and Won Bin.

He is not the typical handsome face. First look you may not see it but the more you look at him the more you realize that there is something very attractive about him. Being handsome is not just about the physical, its the overall package.

Many Korean or hallyu fans are so shallow! Like who cares about looks. Acting is not a model or beauty peagent contest! It's acting for God's sake. Take woody handerson? I'm not sure about his fam name, he's extremely loved and respected due to his acting. Kang dong won is extremely attractive but his skills are what matter to me

Yan din una kong reaction sa mga sabi-sabi nila when I saw a picture of him lol. But when I saw him in a movie, I understood the hype. He definitely has something that draws the eye, the more you look at him, the more attractive he becomes. For me, he is the only actor who looks good even when he is filthy. Lol.
