@@lazybun_india5134 quality of bag is decent for the price (I got this one for 1368). I am concerned about the quality of the straps and buckles, it seems to be very light and weak. Let's hope it doesn't break.

NO you cannot put a 17" laptop, it will fit very tightly and the laptop corners are exposed with no or very little cushioning. 13" laptop will fit fine though.
