All you need is some tri tip around there,I always ask the butchers and they look at me all confused.when I'm in AZ. Nice job on that SMV BBQ pit. 👍🏽

Quick question; on the argentine grate, will the grease all fall into that troff or will small amounts of grease beads stay on the grate and fall back into the fire?
