Arizona lawmakers have repealed the state’s 1864 Civil War era abortion ban. The state Senate legislature voted to repeal the law this week, and Arizona’s governor Katie Hobbs signed the repeal into law this afternoon. She responded to reporters' questions afterward.

the supreme court reverse the ruling on 'roe vs wade' which is problematic in itself but there would be no reversal if no case was brought to them, so then the preceding law before that ruling takes effect as how the state supreme court decided when someone brought the case to them and now the governor reverses the deactivation or activation of that law.. equal branches of government certainly does not mean this, state legislation keeps challenging the law, the supreme court is doing their due process, governor executes the law, but what law and based on whar? if there is one branch that is to be blamed which is it legsilative, executive or judicial?

A positive move!! We don't need to go backwards. We need to keep all of our rights. Keep exceptions for rape and incest and also extend the weeks or actually leave it up to the woman with more emphasis on educated decisions and planned parenthood.
