Decades of slow boil. Most dreams have been cooked to shite. Have they managed to destroy THE American dream yet? It's just about finished.

If you aren't part of the billionaire/millionaire class in the USA today then you are basically screwed. And, it's going to get even worse for the working-class.

That is a little over the top. I am not a billionaire or millionaire, I actually make 60k a year and we own our home.
@dystopia-usaАй бұрын
@@diegolara4202 $60K/year in the USA today (which is the median individual working income for Americans FYI) nets you a house costing less than $200k on any sort of responsible budget. Good luck finding a house to buy for less than $200K today. The median priced house is more than $400K, requiring at least $120K/year to afford. Things have changed dramatically since you likely purchased your house.

More price gouging by the landowners and the real estate hucksters. They have no conscience.

Since 2020 me and my family bought 2 arch land with home for $170k and now is around $400k. Yes America dream was only before inflation hits. 🤷🏻♂️
