Ever wonder what a pool full of Olympians training to be the best in the world look like?
Well, look no further. At Arizona State University, Bob Bowman (coach of Michael Phelps) has put together perhaps the best training group in history. This includes 5x world champion Leon Marchand, Olympic champion CHase Kalisz, and world champion Hubert Kos (to name just a few).
Watch as they train Long Course (Olympic-size pool) on a Saturday morning,.

I do. After 10 years of competition, I can see how incredible the level of these swimmers is.

Going 1:26 twice and holding a 26 low is absolutely insane. Betting hubert will be a gold medalist in Paris, maybe with a 1:52 would be amazing

My swimming coach just recommended this video to me so I watched it and it was amazing. I am an amateur swimmer and I swim 2,000 meters in a 50 meter pool for about an hour every morning. The world of professionals is truly amazing and amazing. I hope that you will achieve as good results as the countless drops of sweat you have shed in future competitions.

I’m 30yo, active swimmer, butterflier, training 6 times a week for 1h each and I can just say this set and this intensity makes me doubt about my daily performance (not competition times) because I definitely can’t sustain 4-5 sets of 150 butterfly at any pace. That’s insane!

9:02 - 1 27,7!! C'est pratiquement le même temps que celui dans les 150 derniers mètres de la finale des récents championnat du monde (1 27,88)

Can someone explain what Bowman means by "banking" it with the 50s? Does that just mean not sticking to the full 1:00 intervals and starting the ez 50s right away?
