It always amazes me how easy you make the trail so interesting on how you describe everything you see and makes it feel like you are right there with you walking along in your adventure!!!!

Woah! Pretty darn expensive weekend. But Flagstaff should be cool to explore. :)

It must be hard not busting out the miles and going slow.

Holy moly!!! $800? I was watching an AT video yesterday and the hiker was complaining about having to pay $30 per night at a hostel. Hope he doesn’t try the PCT.

Thanks Goob. Love the details you give about what you are seeing. You must be done now, according the your FB posts.

Will he be able to follow the trail with the 24 - 24 - 24 challenge? The earliest 24 challenge that I remember was the Connecticut challenge on the AT in 1973(54 miles in 24 hours). That Mac Donalds challenge sounds very expensive these days. You are right to be worried about the "controlled" burn since they lose control so often. Good video. Happy Trails. Good Luck, Rick

I can’t imagine eating stale/spoiled McDonald’s food. That’s a good way to get sick.

@@DovieRuthAuthor They stay palettable for a day. I'd rather just eat good grinders unstead. Good Luck, Rick

Watching your last couple of videos, I was worried that your expectations for Mormon Lake were a little high. I watched Kevin and Leah’s videos from Mormon Lake. Their experience was about the same. Very limited resupply options, but they did manage to rent a cabin. Actually their group rented two cabins. But the cabin looked pretty basic. You were probably just as well off staying in the campground and saving your money for Flagstaff.😎👍
