That Ring looks like a possible Signature Stamp. When the used to seal a Letter or Document with Wax & use the Ring to Stamp it with the mark of Who it is that sealed it.

I always watch y'all's videos and I just wish I had a metal detector to try and find something of history finds. My mom gave me a Whites metal detector but there was something wrong with it, battery's left in it too long and ruint the circuit board. I was hoping to buy on in the future, but I just lost my job of 31 years, my boss died from covid. Hope to see more of your videos in the future.
