Kernel pulls are super efficient to get with yellow certificates, if you're new you should save up about 200 yellow certs and then buy kernel banner tickets from the yellow cert store. Generally not worth spending Orundum or Originite Prime on them though.

One thing to note in my opinion, should only raise 3 stars that helps with your coverage. I.E.: don’t got a good 5 or 6 star sniper then go with kroos. Don’t got a good vanguard go with fang, etc.

here's I would say a really big issue which comes as a result of kernel headhunting as although it isn't a great banner on paper to pull, a lot of good 6 stars (exu,silverash,saria and so on..) are locked behind this banner and recruitment which means that I have to use certs to buy or pull on kernel ( or get lucky with top operator) to get these good units. As a person who started at like 1st jan this year, I so far still haven't gotten any of the kernel 6 stars so yeah... it sucks a lot as new players, I hope hypergryph removes the blue cert system and just allow kernel to give yellow certs

yeah, thats sorta the thing, if you look at distinctions you got 38 pulls for 258 yellow certs, or 38 blue pulls for 210 yellow certs. this means the orundum cost of the Kernal banner should be 480, to account for the lack of yellow certs, because why would it be discounted in this place and not on the actual pulls? you get a kernal banner every 3 months you can select who is on the kernal banner and just buy them from the shop. for 180 yellow certs.

I truly want Saria and you reminding me Kernel is just bait banner 😢.. guess I will hold to my op until Shu arrives. I can relate with perfecting the practice runs and failing on the real gaming. I tend to screenrecord my practice to remind myself when and where to put operatos lmao. Pls, never get tired doing AK contents. TYSM, x.x

Its bait because the tickets you get from pulling on kernel banners are blue ones. Its better to try your luck on regular banners since it gives yellow tickets and if you save enough, you can get saria eventually from yellow cert. Also yes I will dish out AK contents from time to time.

2 pieces of advice for beginners: 1. There is no "one best operator". Arknights is a very nuanced game where damage type, range, skill timing, status effects, and many other factors create a rich and complex spectrum of tactics, rewarding creativity and originality rather than bashing everything with a single sledgehammer. 2. A Schwarz is All You Need.

I play for 2 months now... and i just finded out you can upgrade operator to 40 level or even higher without wasting "Strategic Battle Record" When you will upgrading it level by level or 2-3 more over and over... you can reach 40 level or even higher. (I still suck at the game ;d)

Hey there. Puzzle is a free operator for the event "Where the Firelight Casts" so unfortunately you will have to wait until the event Re-runs this year for you to get him.

The guaranteed pity is at 150. But on your way to 150, every 40-50 pulls you'll get a 6* bag and that is 50/50. If youre really unlucky, you'll need to reach 150.

Mountain would have the best value. Thorns however required to be elite 2.

No no its fine. I would get Ptilopsis for sure. As for the other one, if you dont have any decent defender yet like cuora, go for nearl. If you have a decent defender however, any arts guard/ ranged guard will do you just fine.

I wonder what the endgame actually looks like once you've done everything else. So the story, all the side stories, interludes, etc. and you can either level up, do daily/weeklys or do this rogue-like stuff Can you still do other things or is the endgame very limited? And maybe I'm wrong, but I have the impression that the sanity is very limited or that it's far too little. I know differently from Aether Gazer or PGR that you can increase your sanity daily very quickly without buying the monthly-pack or something else. Is there a way how to increase your sanity daily?

No but increase max sanity per level... You only get 2 sanity juice (120 each) per weekly due mission. Max level 120

the endgame is like spend sanity, base and continue life. the limited or too little sanity you mention is actually the thing that make me play arknights tho 😂 games I play daily rn are arknights and limbus company. both are basically login, spend stamina, continue life. play manual events/gamemode like contingency contract, trials for navigator, integrated strategies on weekend

If Integrated Strategies is out of the equation, it's really just a game of logging in, do your daily and wait for an event tbh. There used to be a Seasonal End game content called contingency contract but it already ended. It's coming back however for it's second reiteration.

You can go ahead and make a google account and then once you're done, go to Arknights settings and link your google account there.

click the bind tab on in-game settings, bind it on your verified gmail account. do not bind it on social media sites like fb.

personal tips. 1. waifu > gameplay any day, game not fun if you try to play meta everything. 2. Choose 4 star you like and Elite 2 that, then just have fun.

@demonicdice1017 probably not even _with_ spark, to be honest But I did hear that during a limited banner, limited operators who aren't part of the rate-up are added to the off-rate pool, which is something (I guess)

@@Konpekikaminari unfortunatly that "rate-up" is like.....0.04% or 2% when pulling a 6 star. So yeah no...they are right, one would probably not get skalter realistically unless one saves for the 300 pull spark.

I've been a long time player of Azur Lane, Genshin, Honkai, etc all of which I'm pretty good at. I've been told that Arknights is one of those games that I should try, I have considered it, but never actually played it YET. Now it's the time. Thank you for the guide, I'll try to learn more about the mechanics and lore of this game.
